This dynometric pressure controlled tamper removes the inconsistencies associated the different members of staff applying varying rates of pressure to coffee in the portafilter handle which results in a inconsistent espresso shot. Simply Tamp as normal until the plates touch and the result is consistency across all members of Staff.
